Stocks to Watch: Limoneira, NeueHealth, International Seaways

Limoneira forecast lower crop yields next year. The citrus and avocado farmer expects to sell between 7 million and 8 million pounds of avocados in 2025, down from the 15.1 million pounds of avocados it sold in 2024. It guided for fresh lemon volumes in the range of 5 million to 5.5 million cartons for 2025. Shares fall 4.8%, to $25.55, in after-hours trading.

NeueHealth will be taken private in a deal with an affiliate of New Enterprise Associates. Healthcare company NeueHealth's shareholders would receive $7.33 a share in cash under the terms of the deal, though some have entered rollover agreements to exchange shares for newly-issued equity interests in the privately-held company. Shares surge 62%, to $6.98, in post-market trading.

International Seaways will join the S&P SmallCap 600 on Dec. 30. The company, which transports crude oil and petroleum products, will replace Consolidated Communications Holdings, which is being acquired by Searchlight Capital Partners and British Columbia Investment Management Corporation, according to S&P Dow Jones Indices. Shares rise 8.1%, to $36.51, in after-hours trading.
