G.H.Y Culture & Media Holding (SGX:XJB) has completed its SG$3.0 million acquisition of a 95% stake in Orita Sinclair School of Design and Music, making it an indirect subsidiary, according to a Monday filing on the Singapore Exchange.

The deal involved 47.5 million shares and proceeded after waiving a tenancy condition. A second tranche payment of SG$1.6 million, split between cash and shares, will be made to the vendors.
