Yincheng International (HKG:1902) recorded contracted sales of about 310.2 million yuan in November, with a contracted gross floor area of 13,613 square meters, a Monday Hong Kong bourse filing said.

The property company's average selling price for the month stood at around 22,787 yuan per square meter.

For the 11 months ended Nov. 30, contracted sales and the contracted gross floor area reached 2.91 billion yuan and 163,870 square meters, respectively with the average selling price coming in at 17,781 yuan per square meter.
