Offshore Oil Engineering (SHA:600583) said its Ugandan subsidiary provided a loan of $6.5 million to the Kingfisher Consortium.
The one-year loan has an annual interest rate of 6%, according to a Dec. 18 filing with the Shanghai bourse.
The consortium comprises the company's Ugandan subsidiary and China Petroleum Engineering & Construction Corp.
