Asia Allied Infrastructure's (HKG:0711) unit Silver Genius International completed the acquisition of a 51% stake in Manbond Supply Chain (HK) from Yan Trade (BVI) for HK$47.5 million, a Friday bourse filing said.
The firm settled the consideration for the purchase through the acquisition of 95,007,857 new shares at HK$0.5 apiece to designated entity Yan's Family (BVI).
The shares represent roughly 5.1% of the construction engineering company's enlarged issued share capital.
