Jiangxi Black Cat Carbon Black (SHE:002068) plans to fully acquire chemical product producer Hancheng Black Cat Carbon for 4.1 million yuan, according to a Shenzhen Stock Exchange disclosure on Friday.
Hancheng Black Cat was established in 2002 in partnership with coal miner Shaanxi Yellow River Mining (Group).
The Chinese chemical product manufacturer will acquire the remaining 4% of Hancheng Black Cat from Yellow River Mining.
The company's shares rose less than 2% in recent trade.
