Arcadium Lithium's (ASX:LTM) chief executive, chief financial officer, and chief operations officer all disposed of their shares in the mining firm, a US Securities and Exchange Commission disclosure filed with the Australian bourse Tuesday showed.

CEO Paul Graves sold 91,941 shares at AU$4.97 apiece, while CFO Gilberto Antoniazzi and COO Barbara Fochtman sold 18,335 and 14,706, respectively, at the same price, respectively, the filing said.

The company's shares gained nearly 1% in recent Friday trade.
