Aurum Resources (ASX:AUE) achieved high recovery rates from independent metallurgical testing of samples sourced from the BD Target 1 and Target 2 prospects within the Boundiali gold project in the Ivory Coast, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.
Testing showed a gravity gold recovery rate of 50% to 60%, with coarse grind recovery reaching 95% to 99% via gravity and leaching, the filing said.
The company's shares jumped past 6% in recent Friday trade.
