Average daily rate (ADR) stood at 15,774 yen for the month, with revenue per available room (Rev PAR) coming in at 14,461 yen.

For the 11 months ended Nov. 30, occupancy rate stood at 88%, while ADR and rev PAR was 13,741 yen and 12,113 yen, respectively.
