BEIJING, Dec 27 (Reuters) - Mongolia said on Friday it had not reached an agreement with French miner Orano Mining Group on a proposed uranium project, roughly 20 minutes after announcing that a $1.6 billion deal to develop a long-anticipated project had been reached.
