First Hawaiian said its chief operating officer is resigning, effective March 31.
The Honolulu-based bank said on Thursday that COO Christopher L. Dods, who is also vice chairman at First Hawaiian, has submitted his resignation and will work with management through the first quarter of next year to ensure a smooth transition of his responsibilities.
Dods has served as COO and vice chairman since 2021, and has worked at the bank since 2007.
