Longhui International Holdings (HKG:1007) has successfully completed its placing and subscription process, according to its filing on Monday.
On Dec. 30, all conditions were met, allowing the placement of 21,000,000 shares to at least six independent third-party placees.
Additionally, the company issued an equal number of subscription shares to the vendor, read the filing.
