Ventia Services Group (ASX:VNT) said State Street and its subsidiaries increased their voting power in the company to 6.47% on Dec. 26, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.
The American financial services company and its units became Ventia's substantial shareholder on Sept. 4, holding 46.2 million shares representing a 5.40% voting power, a separate filing showed.
Ventia Services Group's shares slipped almost 1% in recent Tuesday trade.
