Shanghai Conant Optical Co (HKG:2276) shareholder Goertek (HongKong) has entered into an agreement with other shareholders, in which it will acquire from them not more than 42.8 million shares, according to a Sunday filing with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

Shanghai Conant Optical earlier said it would sell about 53.3 million shares to Goertek (HongKong) for HK$827.9 million.

Following the purchases' completion, Goertek (HongKong) will hold about 96.1 million shares in the company.
