Sinopec Engineering (Group) Co (HKG:2386) has repurchased and canceled 1.72 million H shares between Sept. 20 and Sept. 27, under its repurchase mandate, according to its Monday filing.

These shares represented approximately 0.04% of the total issued share capital and 0.12% of the total issued H shares.

Following the cancellation on Dec. 30, the company's issued shares total nearly 4.4 billion comprising 1.43 billion H shares and 2.97 domestic shares.
