CR Construction (HKG:1582) Chief Executive Officer Li Kar Yin resigned effective Wednesday following a redesignation of duties.
Pan Shujie succeeded Li as CEO effective the same day, according to a Tuesday filing with the Hong Kong exchange.
Shares of the company fell 2% during Thursday's afternoon trading.
