JY Gas Unit to Continue Leasing Market Premises in China's Gaomi City for Further Two Years

JY Gas' (HKG:1407) subsidiary Gaomi Jiaoyun Natural Gas agreed to continue leasing its market premises in Gaomi City, China, to Gaomi Jiaoyun Market for another two years, a Tuesday Hong Kong bourse filing said.

The premises include three buildings with a total gross floor area of 18,400 square meters and three plots of land with a total site area of 44,900 square meters.

The term of tenancy started on Jan. 1, 2025, and will expire on Dec. 31, 2027, while the rent is fixed at 3.9 million yuan per annum.
