Champion Technology Holdings (HKG:0092) said its subsidiary Power Favour Holdings has terminated the sale and purchase agreement for the acquisition of Wise Win Holdings due to unmet conditions by the extended long stop date of Dec. 31, 2024, according to its filing on Thursday.
After careful consideration, Power Favour decided not to proceed and issued a termination notice on Jan. 2.
This termination releases Power Favour from future obligations under the agreement, while maintaining any rights and obligations accrued before termination.
