Redfin (RDFN) said Friday new home listings rose 7.7% during the four weeks ending Dec. 29 from a year earlier, to 48,705.

Pending sales slipped 1.1% to 54,357 during the same period from a year earlier, according to the real estate brokerage.

The median sale price for the period was up 6.4% to $383,750, the largest increase since October 2022, Redfin said.
