Daan Gene (SHE:002030) received approval from the Chinese drug administration for its novel coronavirus 2019-nCoV nucleic acid detection kit (fluorescence PCR method), according to a Shenzhen Stock Exchange disclosure on Tuesday.

The certificate is valid until Dec. 29, 2029, the Chinese medical laboratory company said.

Daan Gene's company fell less than 3% in recent trade.
