CSSC (Hong Kong) Shipping (HKG:3877) said Li Xi will no longer be the company's chief executive officer after his employment contract expired on Dec. 31, according to a Wednesday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.

Li will be succeeded by Li Hongtao, the board's chairman, as the new CEO. Apart from being the CEO before his contract's end, Li also served as general manager of the company.

All changes are effective Dec. 31, the filing added.
