Isoteam (SGX: 5WF) has allotted and issued 9.7 million new ordinary shares, according to a Thursday filing on the Singapore Exchange.

The issue comprised 3.2 million shares under the ISOTeam Performance Share Plan (PSP) 2013 and 6.5 million shares under PSP 2023.

The newly issued shares rank equally with existing shares. Following the issuance, the total number of shares in circulation has increased to 707.2 million from 697.6 million.
