Silver Grant International's (HKG:0171) Co-Chief Executive Officer Chen Yongcun stepped down effective Wednesday and will become a non-executive director.
Zhang Wenguang will succeed Chen as co-CEO, effective the same day, according to a Tuesday filing with the Hong Kong Exchange.
Shares jumped 2% during Thursday's afternoon trading.
