Gladstone Investment (GAIN) said Thursday that it along with Proteus Enterprises acquired Ricardo Defense Systems and Ricardo Defense, which provide engineering services and systems integration.
Gladstone said it provided equity and senior secured debt to close the deal for the Ricardo Defense business.
Financial terms weren't disclosed.
