Aptorum (APM) said Thursday it has struck a deal to sell about 1.5 million class A shares to several institutional investors at $2.00 per share.

The offering, with Maxim Group as the placement agent, is expected to close Friday, the company said.

Aptorum shares were down more than 12% in recent trading.
