Patec Precision Industry (TPE:2236) completed the acquisition of Broadway Industrial Group via its unit Patec for about SG$83.8 million.
The company acquired 425.4 million shares, representing a 93.05% stake, according to a Friday Taiwan Exchange filing.
This acquisition will expand Patec's precision-machined capabilities, and diversify product offerings, it noted.
