Gemdale Properties and Investment (HKG:0535) recorded contracted sales of around 2.83 billion yuan in December, with a sales area of 247,500 square meters, a Monday Hong Kong bourse filing said.

The property company's average selling price for the month was approximately 11,400 yuan per square meter.

For the year 2024, contracted sales and sales area reached roughly 20.31 billion yuan and 1.5 million square meters, respectively.
