SF Diamond's (SHE:300179) subsidiary, Henan Tianxuan Semiconductor Technology, signed a five-year strategic cooperation agreement with Shenzhen Huixin Communication Technology on Jan. 6, according to a Tuesday filing with the Shenzhen Stock Exchange.
The deal focuses on joint research in CVD diamond applications for high-frequency semiconductor devices, establishing a collaborative lab, and fostering innovation in 5G and future communication technologies.
With no financial commitments, the preliminary agreement aims for mutual development without impacting Henan SF Diamond's financial independence or shareholder interests.
