China Industrial Securities International Financial Group (HKG:6058) unit CISI Investment acquired nearly $7.5 million worth of certain bonds for a little over $6.1 million from the open market on Monday, a same-day bourse filing said.

The bonds make up part of a $2.5 billion issue of 1.928% bonds by Morgan Stanley maturing on April 28, 2032.

The bonds were purchased by the securities broker for investment purposes.
