American Electric Power Names Sempra Executive as Next Finance Chief

American Electric Power named Trevor Mihalik as its next chief financial officer.

The utility company said Mihalik, who was also appointed executive vice president with both roles set to start Jan. 20, will succeed Chuck Zebula.

Zebula will serve as senior advisor to the chief executive officer before retiring in March.

Mihalik's previous experience includes roles as group president, CFO, controller and chief accounting officer at Sempra.
