Henderson Far East Income (NZE:HFL) is set to allot 100,000 shares at 2.30 pounds sterling apiece on Jan. 8, each fully paid under its block listing facility, according to a Tuesday filing with the New Zealand bourse.

This will bring the issued share capital and total voting rights of the company to around 166.8 million shares, the filing said.
