GEE Group (JOB) said Monday that it has acquired Hornet Staffing, an Atlanta-based provider of staff augmentation services, in a deal that included cash and seller financing.

The specific financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. GEE Group said the acquisition is expected to be accretive to earnings.

Hornet provides large companies with information technology, professional and customer service.

Larry Bruce, Founder of Hornet, will continue in his current role and join GEE Group's National Sales Team to support business development across various verticals, the company said.

Shares of the company were up more than 10% in premarket activity.
