FirstWave Cloud Technology's (ASX:FCT) trading suspension was lifted by the Australian Securities Exchange following the tech firm's confirmation that it has complied with its listing rules, according to a Wednesday Australian bourse filing.

The company said that it would not make a market-sensitive announcement that it had previously foreshadowed to the Australian Securities Exchange as it does not consider the information that had been proposed for disclosure to be market-sensitive information, the filing said.
