HG Semiconductor (HKG:6908) said Leung Kin Pang, an executive director, will be removed from his post on Tuesday, a same-day filing with the Hong Kong Exchange said.

The decision was made due to Leung's loss of contact, failure to participate in board meetings and failure to perform his duties since March 2024.
