State-owned miner Coal India (NSE:COALINDIA, BOM:533278) has entered into a memorandum of understanding with IREL (India), under the Department of Atomic Energy, Government of India, according to a Monday filing to the stock exchanges.
Under the pact, the two companies will cooperate and collaborate for development of assets of critical minerals including mineral sands and rare earth elements (REE) by acquiring assets and sourcing raw material domestically or internationally.
