Accrelist (SGX:QZG), through its subsidiary, Accrelist Crowdfunding (ACF), completed the private placement through the subscription of 49.0 million shares in the capital of Mclean Technologies (KLSE:MCLEAN), a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Thursday.

Following the completion of the private placement, Mclean's share capital has increased to 246,213,000 shares.

Meanwhile, ACF was allotted 15.0 million placement shares, representing 6.09% of Mclean's enlarged capital.

Following the completion of the subscription, ACF's stake in Mclean has increased to 24.88%.
