Control Print (NSE:CONTROLPR, BOM:522295) incorporated a wholly-owned subsidiary in the United Arab Emirates, according to a Wednesday filing to the stock exchanges.
The new entity, Control Print MEA FZE, will provide printing equipment and instruments, ink and printing materials, and packing and packaging equipment.
Incorporating the new subsidiary is a part of the company's efforts to access the global market.
