Blue Owl Capital Corporation (OBDC) and Blue Owl Capital Corporation III (OBDE) late Wednesday said shareholders at both companies have voted to approve their all-stock merger proposal.

The companies said they expect to close the deal on Jan. 13.

Blue Owl Capital Corporation III will pay a special dividend of $0.52 per share and a quarterly dividend of $0.35 per share on Jan. 9 and Jan. 10, respectively, to shareholders of record Dec. 31, 2024, according to the release.
