Qi Zi Xin has resigned as Founder Holdings' (HKG:0418) chairman and an executive director to devote more time to Founder Information Industry, the company's substantial shareholder, effective Jan. 9, a Thursday bourse filing said.
The information technology service provider, on the same day, named president and executive director Zhang Jian Guo as its new chairman.
