Pinestone Capital (HKG:0804) completed the placement of 81,210,000 shares to at least six investors at HK$0.176 apiece to raise net proceeds of nearly HK$13.9 million, a Monday bourse filing said.

The shares represent approximately 16.67% of the financial service provider's enlarged issued share capital.

The company will use proceeds from the placement for general working capital.
