Tires, flaps and belts manufacturer PTL Enterprises (NSE:PTL, BOM:509220) has settled tax litigation related to income tax arrears for various assessment years under the Vivad se Vishwas Scheme 2024, according to a Friday filing with the Indian bourses.

The settlement was reached through a settlement order issued by the Principal Commissioner of Income Tax (PCIT), Ernakulam-Kochi, India, following a payment of about 93 million Indian rupees, the filing said.
