Alkane Resources (ASX:ALK) might see its stock price benefit from modest free cash flow generation in the second half of fiscal year 2025, Euroz Hartleys said in a Tuesday note.
While Alkane has deferred AU$50 million of growth capital expenditures into fiscal 2026, this strategic decision, alongside higher-grade plant feed and strong spot gold prices, is expected to help return the company to modest FCF generation in the latter half of fiscal 2025, Euroz Hartleys said.
Euroz Hartleys maintained its speculative buy rating and price target of AU$0.95 on Alkane Resources.
