IHH Healthcare (SGX:Q0F, KLSE:IHH) concluded the members' voluntary liquidation of Myanmar-registered subsidiary, Andaman Alliance Healthcare, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Friday.

The liquidation was concluded at the final meeting of shareholders of the subsidiary on the same day, the filing added.

The company will now be dissolved upon the expiration of three months after the date of lodgment of the final account and minutes of the final meeting.
