Spheria Emerging Companies (ASX:SEC) declared a fully franked dividend of $0.0035 per security for the quarter ended Dec. 31, 2024, according to a Thursday filing with the Australian bourse.

The dividend is payable Feb. 12 to shareholders on record as of Jan. 1, the filing said.

The dividend payment aligns with the Company's target, to pay quarterly dividends at 1.5% of post-tax Net Tangible Assets each quarter, subject to profits, cash flow, and franking credits, the filing added.

Shares of the company were up 3% in recent Thursday trade.
