Quanterix (QTRX) reported preliminary unaudited Q4 revenue Tuesday of about $34.9 million, up 11% from a year earlier.

An analyst polled by FactSet expect $34.9 million.

Preliminary revenue for full year 2024 ended Dec. 31 was about $137.2 million, in-line with the company's guidance for a range of $134 million to $138 million.

An analyst surveyed by FactSet expect $137.2 million.

The company also said it expects to end 2024 with about $292 million in cash, cash equivalents, and marketable securities.

Shares of the company were up more than 4% in Tuesday's premarket activity.
