Teladoc Health (TDOC) said Monday it has formed a new collaboration with Amazon.com (AMZN) to expand access to its diabetes, hypertension, pre-diabetes and weight management programs as part of Amazon's Health Benefits Connector.

The new collaboration allows eligible Amazon customers to enroll in the Teladoc programs through Health Benefits Connector, according to the statement.

No other collaboration terms were disclosed.

Shares of Teladoc Health were up over 9% in recent premarket activity Tuesday.
