Auric Mining (ASX:AWJ) sold 14,853 gold ounces as of Jan. 13 from stage two mining at the Jeffreys Find gold mine in Western Australia, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.

Total sales from stage two mining as of the same date reached AU$58.7 million, the filing said.

The company aims to process over 420,000 tonnes for stage two, more than double the 176,000 tonnes in stage one, Mark English, managing director, said in the filing.

The company's shares were up more than 3% in recent Tuesday trade.
