MSM International (SGX:5QR) completed the disposal of 21% of its shareholding interests in Cosmos Technology International for a cash consideration of 21.2 million Malaysian ringgit, according to a Wednesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.

Following the completion of the disposal, the company now has around 6% shareholding interest in Cosmos.
