Units of the blank check company Plum Acquisition Corp. IV are expected to begin trading on the Nasdaq Global Market on Wednesday.
The company, which is offering 15 million units at $10 each, originally filed for an initial public offering in July.
The company said several of its officers have held positions with other blank check companies, including Plum Acquisition Corp. III and FinServ Acquisition Corp. II. Plum Acquisition said it plans to capitalize on the management team's ability to identify, acquire and operate a business or businesses.
The units will trade under the symbol PLMKU, and shares are later expected to be listed under the symbol PLMK.
