Unity Group Holdings International's (HKG:1539) subsidiary Synergy Group Worldwide agreed to purchase another 25% of Synergy Cooling Management's issued share capital from Synergy Green Technology for HK$200 million, a Wednesday Hong Kong bourse filing said.

After the acquisition, the company's shareholding in the target will increase to 88.04% from 63.04%, and the target will remain as a non-wholly owned subsidiary.

The company plans to use its internal resources to fund the acquisition, the filing siad.
